Loadfast Securing Straps
Checkmate load restraint assemblies are manufactured in accordance with EN12195:2000 and are available in webbing widths from 25mm to 75mm, depending on the system requirements and the load to be lashed. The most popular size and most frequently used is 50mm wide webbing with a Lashing Capacity of 2,500 DaN.

The straps apply pressure to most loads over a broad area and are unlikely to damage the load and once tensioned the straps require little attention other than checking for load settlement.
 
How to Order
The Loadfast range comprises of the following types;
LF1 is a single strap - quote length of webbing required in metres LF2, LF3 and LF4 are two part straps - Quote overall length in metres, standard short end is 325mm between fittings, if a longer short end is
required this must be quoted.

Supplied with 2 x 300mm wear-sleeves on long end to prevent damage to the webbing over sharp edges or abrasive loads.

Unaffected by weather, oils, grease, dirt or sea water. Although contact with
strong alkalis should be avoided.

High strength to weight ratio.

Cargo Lash
A rapid economical one way lashing system with up to a 2,000 kg breakingad, comprising a cranked metal locking buckle and 50mm wide polyester webbing.
