Checkmate training division grows in strength

Checkmate’s training division HART continues to grow in size with the recent new appointments of Luke Harrison and Lee Goodman.

Both have exceptional skills and enviable experience in height safety training and will be valuable assets to the team.

Check out their bios below:

Lead Trainer

Luke’s experience in the Work at Height industry initially began as a rope access technician, industrial climber and professional rescue team member. After gaining a lot of operational experience and a passion for the industry, Luke was eager to combine this with another passion of his; instructing and teaching.

This passion was realised as a teen Air Cadet before even landing his first job; teaching fellow cadets how to use rifles, navigate their way up mountains and fly gliders.

Luke became an instructor in the Work at Height Industry in 2010 and hasn’t looked back since, training a wide range of courses and skills throughout most industries including construction, telecoms and the military to name a few.

Now part of Height And Rescue Training, Luke looks forward to using his abilities and experience to further enhance the Checkmate Group’s unparalleled reputation for industry leading services, products and innovation.
