Checkmate are looking for a Sales / Customer Service Adviser

We are seeking a new candidate to join our existing sales & customer services team.
Our main goal is to provide a high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.
You will have the opportunity to be innovative, discover new areas of business and be part of the Checkmate family in developing and delivering new opportunities for future and existing customers.
Requirements for the candidate:-
- Proficiency in English
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Basic administration skills
- Handling customer queries via, telephone and email.
- Proactive and reactive selling
- Performing administration functions
Full training will be provided therefore experience is not essential.
